All submissions should be made only as MS Word document, with numbered pages (Page x of y format).
The first page of the submission should contain the Title, Authors’ details (Name, Institution name and address, E-mail id and Mobile no.).
The second page should contain the Title, Abstract (not more than 250 words) and Keywords (3 – 5).
For papers to be accepted for publishing, it is mandatory that the author(s) certify that the paper has neither been published elsewhere nor is being considered presently for publication in any forum or publication.
The complete paper including the references, charts and tables (between 3000 to 10000 words) should be in formatted in A4 paper size, with Times New Roman font, 12-point size, 1.5 line-spacing and 1 inch margin on all sides.

All full manuscripts will be subject to blind peer review by a Paper Review Committee separately constituted for this purpose. The reviewer’s comments may be shared with the authors if permitted. The final decision of acceptance of the papers lies with the conference organizing committee.
Papers submitted for the conference will be considered for publication subject to blind peer review by external experts. Short-listed full papers will be published in the form of a book with ISBN number. The Institute is in talks with national publishers for this purpose.
